1.  Start the Netscape Browser.

2.  Click on Tasks.

3.  Click on Mail & Newsgroups.

4.  When the Mail Center opens, Click on Create a new account.

5.  From the Account Wizard Screen, choose SRCaccess News account and click next.

6.  Enter your full name and your user name and click next.

7.  At the Server Information Screen verify that news.wcc.net is the server name, and then click next.

8.  Enter a name for your news account and click next.

9.  Verify your information and then click Finish.

10.  You new account appears in the window on the left side of the screen.

9.  Use the right mouse button to click on new account you created, and then click Subscribe.

10.  On the Subscribe Screen you can search for groups containing certain text by entering the text you would like to search for into the Show items that contain: field.  You can subscribe to and unsubscribe news groups by highlighting the news group's name and clicking the Subscribe or Unsubscribe buttons.  When your are finished click OK.

11. Now click on the name of the news group you want to read from to see its messages.
