| Manual Setup of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP Home Edition |
1. Click on
in
the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Click on Run

3. On the Run Screen enter icwconn1 and click OK.

4. When the Internet Connection Wizard Starts, click on "Manually
configure my telephone or network Internet connection" and then click
Next.

5. At the screen labeled "Setting up your Internet connection"
select "I connect through a phone line and a modem" and then click
Next.

6. This screen collects information about your Internet Connection.
Enter your Local Access Number for your city in the box labeled "Telephone
number". Make sure the box next to "Use area code and dialing
rules" is not checked, and then click Next.

7. On this screen enter your "User name" and "Password"
and click Next.

8. Now name the connection you just setup, and click Next.

9. You have finished setting up your dialup connection. Click
Finish to connect to the internet.

10. To connect to the Internet, click on "Start", then "Connect to", then "SRCaccess". Once you are connected to the Internet, start Netscape to surf the World Wide Web.
