| Manual Setup of Microsoft Outlook Express 6 News Groups on Windows XP Home Edition |
1. Click on 
in
the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Click on "E-mail" to start Outlook Express.
3. When Outlook Express starts, click on "Tools" and then
"Accounts...".
4. Now click "Add" and then "News...".
5. Enter the your name "Display Name" box, and then click
Next.
6. Next enter your e-mail address in the "E-mail address" box,
then click Next.
7. Enter the server information as seen here. "news.wcc.net"
Click Next to continue.
8. Click 
to
complete the account setup.
