1.  Click on "Start" in the lower left corner of the screen.

2.  Go to "Programs" and "Outlook Express" to start Outlook Express.

3.  The first time Outlook Express starts you will see this screen.  Enter the name you wish to be displayed on the e-mail messages you send in the "Display Name" box, and then click Next.

4.  Next enter your e-mail address in the "E-mail address" box, then click Next.

5.  Now you should see this screen with the server names already entered.  Click Next to continue.

6.  In the box labeled "Account name" enter your SRCaccess user name.  In the box labeled "Password" enter your password.  Click Next to continue.

7.  Click on to complete the setup of your e-mail account, and start setting up your news account.

8.  When the news account setup starts you will repeat steps 3 and 4.

9.  The "Internet News Server Name" screen will appear with the server name already entered.  Click Next to continue

10.  Click to complete the setup of the news account.
